TREKKING IN EVEREST REGION

The Everest or Sulukhumbu region is well known throughout the world as the Gateway to Mt. Everest. Numerous beautiful Sherpa villages, the ever smiling faces, awesome views of the mountains and age old monasteries are the main highlights of this region. However, it is not as easy as to reach as Annapurna region. You will either have to trek for about 10 days or fly to Lukla, a remote mountain airstrip where flights are scary and unreliable mostly because of the unpredictable weather.
